Swapped out my old call blocker for this one and haven’t received *any* nuisance calls since.
The call blocker works seemlessly when you have a spam number just press block and that is it
i still haven’t received despite the money being taken from my account on the 19th january!
I used to get a lot of rubbish calls,in particular ..there has been a payment from your Amazon account.all this has stopped.In the 14 days I have had the blocker
I have only received 5 calls.Life is a lot more peaceful.
I did have a few problems setting up the blocker on my telephone system, but after a few conversations with the support team, it now appears to be working correctly. Only had two calls that needed blocking up to now, don’t know if that’s because I aren’t getting any, or they are being blocked without me knowing! Would recommend.
Exalant item,...its plug and play,...nothing complated, dose the job with out having to do anything, just plug it in, job done....paul
I have been dealing with Global for a number of years now, and until this year have paid £50 for them to block all my Cold Calls, which has worked exceptionally well. We have now retired and this amount of money annually is no longer viable so decided to purchase a Call blocker V5000 at a One Off Price of £69. When it arrived we attempted to connect it following the enclosed instructions - to no avail. Called Global and spoke to a very helpful young man who talked us through all options for connecting the gadget - to no avail as there was a Rubber Bung in Tel1 & Line 1
we returned it to Global who took the bung out and then returned it to us. Once again we followed the instructions, and then made the phone call to the helpful young man - again to no avail!! The Unit was declared faulty and again returned.
When we had still not received our New Replacement after 10 days I phoned Global, who had 'Lost' the Unit and quite frankly gave me the run around.
In the end I cancelled the order and am still waiting for my refund

Early days yet, but already making a difference - we seem to be getting fewer of these tiresome unwanted calls already, and gaining confidence with the technology, having successfully blocked overseas originating calls and withheld numbers. Worth studying the quick start programming guide. Must mention a couple of niggles: the wiring being a bit stiff the thing wouldn't lie down to begin with, when slotting the wires into the channels a couple of the plastic retaining clips disappointingly broke off, rather too easily in my opinion. The other was a question - do you publish a list of the pre-programmed blocked numbers? This would be helpful for saving time adding numbers unnecessarily, and the flipside of this question, would you agree it would be a good idea if customers could share nuisance numbers through your website. I put this to "Orpheus" on your web chat, he said he would find out and asked me to check back next day. I was unable to do so, but tried unsuccessfully a couple of days later. Before I could try again I received an email from you saying my case had been closed. My response was acknowledged but I have heard nothing since. I still would like to know the answer to my questions.
Bought the call CPR V5000 blocker for elderly mother who was plagued by spam phone calls, internet getting cut off etc. Easy to install and has not received a single call since. Highly recommended for anyone with a landline who gets these nuisance calls. Easy to use and designed for those who are not great to techy things. Money very well spent and wish had bought it a long time ago.
Wonderful product. We were so tired of the robocalls, scams, etc.. The 'call blocker' comes with exceptional instructions and has greatly decreased our unwelcome calls, allowing only the calls we want to receive. Thank you. It truly keeps your 'sanity' at home.

I have tried keyrings ,mobile phones to no avail with Mum.but she loves her watch.It allows her to keep her independence whilst I'm at work but i just have a quick look at my phone to reassure myself she's ok.
The fact my daughter and I can call her is an added bonus( she always hid her mobile!)

I purchased the V10000 to try and future proof as much as possible. It seems a good product, easy enough to set up. The manual supplied is misleading though - for example, there are areas of the screen that apparently should illuminate to show that International calls are blocked, or VOIP calls etc. These do not illuminate.
The optional voice message to callers is simply dreadful - heavy, crackly, artificial American voice.
It is difficult to judge how capable the support is - Support emails have not been answered after 5 days.
I think True Call (from long personal experience) is probably the better product but takes a lot more effort to set up and maintain.
Just installed V5000 refurbished, standard set up, all well except when I get a call and accept it with no problems it shows on my handset afterwards as missed call, any ideas.
