Setting up easy. First block made. I am impressed so far. Good explanation on the phone call when I renewed.
I have had CPR before and have always been pleased with them and the calls they block. I have now upgraded to the next level, and I know I will get the same service and blocking expertise.
Quite happy thank you, although I did have to phone up to get despatch sheet to send the old one back.
This item dose evrey thing on the tin, i did have the v500, it worked well with no prop, ive now upgraid to the v100k,...highly recomended

I have had 2 previous models before this new 100,000 model. Operating for two weeks now, and I am constantly checking my landline to make sure it is working. Not one call has come through. I also note that this model is the easiest to set up.
I have had the V5000 for a couple of years. It was full of blocked numbers so I decided to upgrade to the V100K. Its the same unit except it has more pre programmed Spam numbers and it can store more numbers that you block.
I see some calls display on the TV when the TV is on, but if the number is blocked, it does not ring the phone. My land line is via our cable company. Install was easy with no issues.
I already had the v5000 model and it did very well for me. But I believe it reached its maximum number of manual blocked calls and so I could not longer enter any using the **7# method. So I decided to upgrade to the v10000 version and I know I'll be just as happy with this model.
The product was received earlier than expected, was in excellent condition. Easy to install.
I've only had this for one week so this is the initial review, I was getting 20 to 30 unwanted calls a day now I am getting one call every 2 to 3 days. I did turn activate all the blocking codes so may be missing people who don't send caller ID but it is worth it.
It has performed perfectly and blocked calls that were useless to me, my phone rings now with only those I need to speak.
We were having 10 to 20 spam calls a day and since installing it our home is silent. We have only had one call where I had to block it myself. The machine is automatically blocking for me! We love it!!!!
Ordered this early September (about 1 month ago) and I absolutely love it. Cannot begin to express how annoying the flood of calls that I kept receiving. It's just outrageous that there has not been something the FCC can do about it. Since I have had this, the incoming junk calls have diminished from about 8 per day to about 5 (if that) per week. What's nice is that I can hit the red button and away they go. It's easy to set up which is another feature I love. Hate having to set up anything that's confusing.
This product works! We have gone from getting 12 robocalls per day to none or occasionally one.
