Block nuisance calls permanently by using a CPR Call Blocker product. Cut off nuisance calls and ensure you never hear from that person or company again, simply by pressing the block button.

Let the Telephone Preference Service add you to their list of numbers that don’t want to receive marketing or spam calls and texts. While it’s not 100% effective, it’s free to register and you may notice a reduction in the number of calls you receive.

Opt-out of allowing companies to call you when conducting transactions with them. Be careful to check the small print to ensure you are correctly either opting in or opting out. Make a note of where you have done this so you have proof should you be bothered by that company. Or, should you not want to interact with them, instead of giving out your number enter 01111111111.

Complain to organisations like Ofcom, the Information Commissioners Office and ActionFraud if you are receiving unwanted calls or believe someone is trying to scam you.
