CPR Global believe that we can help people live better lives by creating products that meet their existing needs.
We do not create markets, we identify existing needs and we mitigate them by providing technical solutions that are easy to use, accessible and reliable:
In 2016 we were rewarded for our success by being recognised by heavy weight committees. Including, but not limited to: Winner of the Export Excellence Awards, Winner of the Outstanding Business Award, 29th place in Wales Fast Growth 50 award and recognised by Amazon’s Growing Business Awards.
We want to improve on this success and expand into further markets and employ more people to become one of the UK’s most successful and reputable companies.
Our business has a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of people worldwide, every day.
We are a multi-million pound company that has global sales channels based in the USA, UK and Australia. We manufacture and sell a range of telecommunication equipment. Our flagship product, the CPR Call Blocker, put home and business owners back in control of their landline by blocking nuisance callers at the touch of a button. We have expanded our technology range into GPS tracking watches for kids and vulnerable adults as well as safety equipment for cyclists and outdoor hobbyists.
We are looking for a telephony technical support specialist who thrives on providing support through many different channels of communication - including: email, phone, chat, forums and social media such as Twitter. You're a great match if you possess fantastic trouble-shooting skills and have the ability to dive deep into a new product to learn it inside and out. The technical support specialist would mainly deal with support queries originating from the United States and Canada.
